LIME PLASTER DM1
DESCRIPTION
Innovative lime plaster, created with the health of all of us in mind … We spend most of our lives in closed rooms, so it is worth ensuring that these rooms are made in a healthy, human-friendly technology. DM1 limestone plaster is vapor permeable, it neutralizes fungi and is hypoallergenic. The versatility of lime plasters is the possibility of using them both outside and inside the building, in dry rooms (rooms, living rooms, staircases, basements, garages) or with high humidity (kitchen, bathroom, laundry room).
Versatility also means that without the use of chemical adhesives improving the adhesion of plaster to the substrate, lime plasters can be applied on both concrete and silicate brick, red ceramics, concrete blocks and cellular concrete blocks. Additionally, DM1 lime plaster offers high resistance to biological corrosion (fungi, algae etc.). Therefore, in such facilities as hospitals, nurseries, kindergartens, rooms for allergy sufferers, where high resistance of materials to biological corrosion is required, there is no alternative to lime plaster.

An additional advantage of the DM1 lime plaster is the possibility of applying the product on polystyrene or wool facades as a replacement for traditional decorative and mosaic plasters.
The above-mentioned substrates can be painted with oil paints, etc. There is a possibility of mechanical processing by cutting the substrate together with the mortar dried on it with an angle saw or a wood saw, depending on the type of substrate. It is possible to level the surface of the mortar two days after laying with a polystyrene scraper. Quick and very easy application of the mortar on the walls / it is applied like glues / then rubbed off like ordinary cement-lime plasters.
Laying thickness from 2mm to 30mm. Fantastic adhesion of the mortar to the substrate during and after application.
CAUTION !!! It is not necessary to use the Rabat mesh on large surfaces.
This mortar is an ideal solution for the renovation of monuments. Due to the fact that it has excellent adhesion, it can be applied to old plaster. We apply from 2mm to 30mm. The mortar can be used as a needle for clay plaster. This mortar is ideal for clay, strengthening surfaces and increasing resistance to weather conditions.
Preparation of the substrate: Prime the substrate with EcoTecto Mun-B primer.
CAUTION: In the case of larger irregularities, i.e. more than one centimeter, you should: level the unevenness and wait until the mortar is dry, re-prime the substrate and then apply another layer of DM1 lime mortar. The last layer should be of one thickness.
